Trade Mark means any symbol capable of differentiating the goods and services from those of other enterprise. In India, Trademark is protected under the Trademark Act, 1999. The registered trademark is effective for a period of 10 years from the date of filing of the application. Amongst other IP rights, trademark is not a perishable right as it can be renewed from time to time in accordance with the provision of the Act.
Duration: It takes about 18 to 20 months from the date of filling to get this certificate (Subject to Opposition)
